Order Fulfillment
Once you have completed your purchase, you will be presented with receipt page.
Please print and/or save this page as it is your sales receipt for products and/or services ordered,
as well as being your order confirmation number. If your order has to be shipped, you will also receive
a shipping notification e-mail. This will include your shipment tracking number and information
on how you can check the status of your shipment online.
Shipping Information
- All shipments from GPSConnect.ca are delivered by CanadaPost;
- Orders can ONLY be accepted for Canadian addresses;
- We do not accept shipping addresses with P.O. Boxes;
Pricing
- All prices listed are in Canadian dollars;
- Payment must be made using a valid credit card;
- Valid credit cards include Visa and MasterCard.
For your security, GPSConnect.ca uses up-to-date technology embodying industry standards to ensure that your credit card
information is kept confidential and secure.
Return Policy
All the sales at GPSConnect.ca are final sales.
While all orders are checked for accuracy before leaving
the warehouse, it is your responsibility to review the contents of your order when
received. If you find any damage or defect with your order, you have 7 days from the
date of receipt of shipment to report any such discrepancies, otherwise we will assume
no responsibility thereafter.
Warranty
All new products are warranted for a period of up to twelve
(12) months (unless otherwise noted in the manufacturers documentation) from
the original date of purchase provided that products are free from workmanship
or material defect caused by misuse.
